Are you not satisfied with your order?
You will receive a 14-day cooling-off period from us. You must register your order for return within this period.
You then have another 14 days to return the order. The item must be returned unused and undamaged.
Upon return you will receive payment of your order including the shipping costs refunded within 14 days after the registration of the return.
The costs of the return shipment are for the account of the buyer. All this without giving a reason and without being difficult to do!

Note: Custom products (made to your specifications) are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

Return shipment costs
If you return a product, you will be refunded the purchase amount including any shipping costs paid. You must pay the costs for the return shipment yourself. The costs depend on the delivery service you have chosen. At PostNL, for example, this costs 6.95 for parcel post.

Your ordered item (s) are packed with the greatest care, so that the chance of damage is excluded as much as possible. This generally takes 1-2 days.

For the smaller items we use (if possible) the standard Postnl rates. With the larger items, such as a dining table, the freight costs are calculated at the sale.

A solid wooden board may never be put in the dishwasher or during the week. Cleaning with a damp cloth or kitchen paper is sufficient. For a more thorough cleaning, proceed as follows: brush with little water and, if necessary, soapy water, rinse with running water, drain and set aside. Do not place the shelf close to dry or on a heat source.

Over time you can feed it with new oil to maintain the wooden board.
