You will receive a 14-day reflection period from us. You must register your order for return within this period.
After this you have 14 days to return the order. The item must be returned unused and undamaged.
Upon return shipment you will receive the payment of your order including the shipping costs within 14 days after registration of the return shipment.
The costs of the return shipment are for the account of the buyer. All this without giving any reason and without being difficult to do!

Note: Custom products (made to your specifications) are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

You can return your product in the way you want. A condition is that the product is returned to the return address:

Return shipping costs
If you return a product, we will refund the purchase price including any paid shipping costs. You must pay the costs for the return shipment yourself. The costs depend on the delivery service you have chosen. At PostNL this costs, for example, 6.95 for parcel post.

Your ordered item(s) will be packed with the utmost care, so that the risk of damage is excluded as much as possible. This generally takes 1-2 days.

For the smaller items we keep (if possible) the standard rates of Postnl. With the larger items, such as a dining table, the freight costs are calculated at the time of sale.
